Shipping & Returns
ORDER CANCELLATION
The buyer may cancel the order at no charge within 48
hours of purchase.
After 48 hours, the store will refund 95% of the price
of a standard order and 50% of the price of a custom order.
SHIPPING
1) Standard delivery time:
We cooperate with Fedex and UPS courier companies.
The standard delivery time is as follows:
Europe - 3-5 days
USA - 4-6 days
Canada and Australia - 5-7 days.
Please leave your delivery phone number when making
payment so that we can process your orders.
2) Import duties and taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes
that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
If the delivery address given by the Buyer is
incorrect and the shipping company is unable to deliver the package, the Buyer
is responsible for covering the cost of returning the items to the store and
covering the cost of re-shipping the package.
If the Buyer decides not to accept the package after
it has been shipped, the Buyer is responsible for covering the cost of
returning the items to the store.
RETURNS
Our policy is 14 days from the date of delivery of the
package. However, the Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If it has been 14 days since the purchase,
unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused
and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its
original packaging.
Shop does not accept returns on custom or personalized
orders.
There are certain situations where only partial
refunds are granted:
- Items with visible signs of use
- The product is damaged or missing parts for reasons
other than our error
REFUNDS
The store has 7 days from delivery of the returned
item to make a refund.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
The refund will be made in the same way the payment
was made.
